Drumbox is a very simple sample sequencer that can be used to create custom drum loops. This is helpful if you are making loop based music because you can create your own loops. Basically this program performs one task, while many others perform the same task and many others. If that one task is all you need though... here you go!
Drumbox has only a few basic features which include saving/loading patterns, streaming to disc (WAV) and loading custom samples.
